If you witnessed Megan Fox in her most recent red carpet looks – the\u00a0<\/em>naked dress at the VMAs<\/a> and\u00a0that\u00a0<\/em>Peter Dundas dress at the Met Gala<\/a> – it is easy to assume the actress does not have a care in the world when it comes to her appearance. But apparently, that’s not quite true. In an interview with Machine Gun Kelly for\u00a0British GQ<\/a>, <\/em>Fox has revealed she suffers from very serious insecurities.<\/p>\n

“Yeah, I have body dysmorphia. I have a lot of deep insecurities,” Fox told the publication.<\/p>\n

“We may look at somebody and think, ‘That person’s so beautiful. Their life must be so easy.’ They most likely don’t feel that way about themselves,” she added.<\/p>\n
