In December 2020, FKA Twigs (whose real name is Tahliah Debrett Barnett) filed a lawsuit against former boyfriend Shia LaBeouf<\/a> alleging “relentless abuse” which left the singer with post-traumatic stress disorder. Margaret Qualley<\/a> who split from the actor in January amid the damning claims took to social media just weeks later with a simple message for the singer: “Thank you.”<\/a><\/p>\n

In an interview for\u00a0Harper’s Bazaar<\/a>\u00a0<\/em>this month, the actress explained the reasoning behind the subtle gesture.<\/p>\n

“It was important to me for her to know that I believe her,” the Maid<\/em> star revealed, “and it’s as simple as that.”<\/p>\n
