Aside from a handful of guest-starring spots, her role as veteran news host Alex Levy is Aniston\u2019s first time back on television since her 10-season, Emmy Award-winning run as Rachel Green on <em>Friends<\/em> \u2013 and it\u2019s clear that even at 50, she is ready for her close-up. Posing alongside costar Reese Witherspoon, Aniston looked taut, toned, and fabulous \u2014 and it\u2019s all thanks to her diet and fitness regimen.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_3631\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-3631\" style=\"width: 1024px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-3631\" src=\"https:\/\/graziamagazine.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2020\/10\/Jennifer-Aniston-Reese-Witherspoon.jpg\" alt=\"Jennifer Aniston Reese Witherspoon\" width=\"1024\" height=\"1195\" data-gz_credit=\"ANGELA WEISS\/AFP via Getty Images\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-3631\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Reese Witherspoon (R) and Jennifer Aniston (L) arrive for Apples The Morning Show global premiere at Lincoln Center- David Geffen Hall on October 28, 2019 in New York.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>\u201cI always try to sleep for at least eight hours a night and, of course, water, water, water,\u201d Aniston has said. \u201cI drink 100 ounces [of water] a day.\u201d For breakfast, she sticks to the basics. \u201cI have warm lemon water, and then I have a shake or avocado and eggs,\u201d she says. \u201cSometimes, I\u2019ll have puffed millet cereal with a banana, or I\u2019ll do oatmeal with an egg white whipped in at the end\u201d \u2014 a trick she learned from ex-husband Justin Theroux to sneak in a little extra protein.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cRight before it\u2019s finished cooking,\u201d she suggests, \u201cyou just whip in an egg white, and it kind of gives it this fluffy texture that\u2019s delicious.\u201d On her food plan, which is mostly gluten-free, low-sugar, low-carb and high-protein, Aniston can eat unlimited meat, eggs, cheese, fish and shellfish. Lunch and dinner are usually a healthy protein with salad or a serving of veggies. As for snacks, \u201cI love white peaches, when they\u2019re in season, with a piece of string cheese,\u201d she says. \u201cAnd my not-so-healthy snack is chips and guacamole with a margarita. I\u2019m so predictable, aren\u2019t I?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Working out plays a major role in maintaining her youthful physique. A longtime yoga and spinning devotee, Aniston switched things up with interval training \u2014 specifically Rise Nation, which combines cardio and climbing exercises. Then there are her intense sessions with trainer Leyon Azubuike.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_3632\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-3632\" style=\"width: 1024px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-3632\" src=\"https:\/\/graziamagazine.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2020\/10\/Jennifer-Aniston-2020.jpg\" training, we do a lot of work with resistance bands,\u201d he\u2019s said. \u201cWe rotate these things, so it\u2019s always hard and she\u2019s consistently being challenged.\u201d Despite her committed routine, Aniston also knows the importance of taking days off. \u201cIt\u2019s important to rest the body,\u201d she\u2019s explained. \u201cI can go a whole week saying, \u2018I\u2019m not going to work out.\u2019 Your body will tell you what it needs.\u201d While all her hard work has certainly paid off, Aniston has noted that self-love is what really matters most: \u201cCelebrating and being comfortable in [our bodies] \u2014 no matter what age you are \u2014 is
