Edward Barsamian at New York Fashion Week<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

You can catch Edward Barsamian enjoying a martini \u2013 extra dirty at some of Manhattans chicest caf\u00e9s, or on the big screen playing himself in Oceans Eight. But there’s more to this fashion icon than faboulous coats and Chanel sunnies. He began his career as the assistant to Vogue<\/em> Editor in Chief Anna Wintour<\/a>, before becoming the style editor of the publication. In 2019, Barsamian did a stint on the other side of the pond in London as the head of editorial for Victoria Beckham<\/a>.<\/p>\n

These days you can find the Vogue<\/em>-alum in his own office merging his love for fashion and creativity as a consultant optimizing brand growth by utilizing media platforms. Being the oh-so chic fashion icon he is, we naturally had to catch up with Barsamian on all his favorite things around town during fashion week<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Grazia:<\/em> <\/strong>Fave place for morning coffee?<\/p>\n

Edward Barsamian:<\/strong> <\/em>I live in Chelsea, so we\u2019re never short on coffee spots. In the neighborhood, I\u2019m partial to La Colombe on Eleventh Avenue but I\u2019ll always travel uptown to Via Quadronno for the best latte outside of Italy.<\/p>\n

G:<\/em><\/strong> Best cocktail spot?<\/p>\n

EB:<\/em><\/strong> The cocktails at Cafe Cluny are still some of the best in the city. Their filthy martini is fabulously dirty.<\/p>\n

G:<\/em><\/strong> Best shopping?<\/p>\n

EB:<\/em><\/strong> I\u2019m a fan of Material Good on Wooster Street for inspo. They have a beautiful collection of diamonds and jewelry, handbags, and other design ephemera that punctuate looks with polish.<\/p>\n

G:<\/em><\/strong> Hidden neighborhood gem?<\/p>\n

EB:<\/em><\/strong> La Bergamote. I\u2019m a huge fan of French pastry and this spot makes the most heavenly brioche French toast.<\/p>\n
