I first encountered\u202fthe\u202fDr. Barbara\u202fSturm\u202fbrand<\/a>\u202fin the Hamptons during the summer of 2018\u202fafter taking\u202fThe Class\u202fat The Barn in\u202fBridgehampton.\u202fThe Sun Drops\u202fSPF 50\u202fwere\u202fin the studio\u2019s perfectly curated boutique; the\u202fsimple\u202fpackaging was so\u202fchic, I\u202fbought them without any knowledge of the\u202fline.\u202fSoon after, I started noticing\u202fDr.\u202fSturm\u202fproducts everywhere\u202fand\u202frealized\u202fthe German\u202faesthetics\u202fdoc\u202fwas\u202falready\u202fthe\u202findustry\u2019s\u202fnot-so-secret\u202fskin guru.\u202f<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u202f<\/span>Fast forward to summer 2021, and\u202fthe Dr.\u202fSturm\u202fbrand\u202fis even more ubiquitous:\u202fThere are\u202ffull-service\u202fspas\u202fin Dusseldorf, London, Los Angeles,\u202fand Miami.\u202fThere\u202fare\u202fmore on the horizon. Meanwhile,\u202fthe science-based\u202fproducts\u202fare\u202fsold everywhere from\u202fDr. Sturm\u2019s\u202fown\u202fstudios\u202fto Saks Fifth Avenue\u202fand\u202fBergdorf\u202fGoodman,\u202falong with\u202fOnda\u202fBeauty (co-owner Naomi Watts is a fan of the\u202fSturm\u202fline),\u202fSephora,\u202fand Rescue Spa.\u202fAn impressive line of products includes\u202fthe in-demand Sun Drops, Enzyme Cleanser, Face Cream,\u202fand\u202fHyaluronic\u202fSerum. The\u202fbrand-new\u202fAloe Vera Gel just debuted\u202fthis summer\u202fand\u202fa Molecular Hair and Scalp\u202flaunch\u202fis in\u202fthe works.\u202f\u202f<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u202f<\/span>\u201cI began my medical practice in anti<\/span>–<\/span>aging orthopedics, with a focus on anti-inflammatory treatments,\u201d\u202fDr.\u202fSturm\u202ftells\u202f<\/span>GRAZIA<\/span><\/i>.\u202f\u201cI later translated some of the science and approaches into skin and my aesthetics practice.
