The <a href=\"https:\/\/poosh.com\/ten-minute-morning-workouts-no-equipment\/\" target=\"_blank\">Poosh<\/a> founder posted a video on her lifestyle website that claimed the workout would become &#8220;second nature&#8221; in your mornings but we&#8217;re not sure if it&#8217;s going to come before we hit snooze for the third time or after the second coffee.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Ten minutes, that\u2019s all you need to reset your workout routine and start your day full of energy,&#8221; the caption read, insisting that &#8220;once you carve out a slot in your morning schedule, it will become second nature, and eventually, you won\u2019t be able to begin your workday any other way&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>The workout doesn&#8217;t require equipment and promises &#8220;short rotations&#8221; using your own body weight for resistance.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Whether you\u2019re looking to tone a specific area like your arms and butt or maybe full-body exercises are more your vibe\u2014either way\u2014we\u2019ve got the 10-minute routines for you. No pressure, but depending on your dedication level, you can repeat each routine as many times as you\u2019d like for an extra workout boost. Up to you!
