In case you’re just joining in, the internet was thrown into hysteria at the weekend when a number of celebrities revealed they didn’t wash themselves everyday. In a guest appearance on the Armchair Expert<\/a><\/em>\u00a0podcast, Mila Kunis<\/a> and husband Ashton Kutcher admitted they only shower their children with water or not at all, unless they see dirt.<\/p>\n

“I didn’t have hot water growing up as a child, so I didn’t shower much anyway,” Kunis said. “But when I had children, I also didn’t wash them every day. I wasn’t that parent that bathed my newborns \u2014 ever.” Kutcher added, “Now, here’s the thing: If you can see the dirt on them, clean them. Otherwise, there’s no point.”<\/p>\n

ln an interview with\u00a0Vanity Fair<\/a>, <\/em>Jake Gyllenhaal echoed these comments and admitted he finds bathing “less necessary” and that “we naturally clean ourselves”.<\/p>\n

Probably due to mounting pressure and the fact it’s the hot topic of the internet, Kunis and Kutcher took to Instagram today to confirm they’re bathing their children. A whole four days in a row so far.<\/p>\n

“You’re putting water on the children? Are you trying to melt them?,” Kutcher jokingly asks Kunis as the children play in the shower. “That’s like the fourth time this week!”<\/p>\n

It’s the kind of wholesome content we need.<\/p>\n
