Rihanna’s got a whole lot to celebrate right now, doesn’t she? A new Savage x Fenty campaign<\/a>, a gorgeous relationship, she’s a friggin’ billionaire<\/a>, and as of yesterday, the new Fenty Eau de Parfum<\/a> is officially sold out. In celebration, RihRih posted a photo of herself in bed, wearing sunglasses and eating caviar, with some awesome new braids. Casual, right? I just…lay in bed eating caviar all day, too. Rihanna and I are the same.<\/p>\n

Rihanna’s post is in celebration of Fenty Eau de Parfum selling out online on the first launch day, because…the world really wants to smell like Rihanna, can you blame them? But what stood out to me here was the braiding pattern on her head. The Bad Gal’s braids aren’t like anything I’ve seen before \u2014 whoever did her parting work deserves an award, because the effect is a zig-zag style of parting, which allows her braids to go in all different directions. No straightbacks or box braids for our Rihanna, she wants something that looks like hair art. She’s no stranger to braids, either \u2014 we’ve seen her in all different styles and cuts throughout the years, including the Fulani braids<\/a> she wore to the 2019 British Fashion Awards and the stunning boho braids she wore opposite Donald Glover in\u00a0Guava Island<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Of course, it’s been a wild year when it comes to Rihanna and her hair choices. I, personally, am still recovering from the re-emergence of Pixie Cut Rihanna from a few months ago.\u00a0 And while I’m totally fine with not getting new music because I could listen to ANTI<\/em> every day for the rest of my life, it’s certainly nice to also get to see that she’s creatively expressing herself in other ways \u2014 like with a cool, zig zag braid pattern.<\/p>\n

My only question is, really: Does Rihanna eat caviar all on its own? She doesn’t put it on crackers or blinis?
