We know, we know, we’ve abandoned you for the past few weeks (forgive us)? But we’re back to offer up a fresh, curated roundup of things we’ve been obsessing over this week (and trust me they’re good). This week we have a street style moment from our queen, Rihanna (when we said street style moment, you automatically thought of Rih too, right?), a holistic, self-aware album courtesy of our favorite royal\u2014or non royal\u2014Lorde<\/a>, a collaborative bracelet celebrating the beauty, resilience and hope of Haiti, yes another green item (what can we say, that Bottega green has us in a chokehold) and many other tastefully selected moments.<\/p>\n

So, let’s jump right into it, shall we?<\/p>\n

Rihanna GROCERY shopping in chanel<\/h3>\n

Rihanna cosplaying as that iconic Chanel Fall\/Winter 2014 Haute Couture show (you know, the one set in a Chanel branded grocery store?) as she effortlessly makes a late night grocery run in a Chanel Pre-Fall 2021 tweed jacket paired down with a NY fitted and Adidas Sambas. I mean, we hate to sound like a broken record, but who’s doing it like her?<\/p>\n

lorde solar power<\/h3>\n

Our “Melodrama”<\/em> maven, Lorde is back with a brand new album, with a brand new sound. Sonically it brings to mind Kate Bush or Stevie Nicks, with its\u00a0ethereal prose and departure from the more synth pop sounds of her prior smash album. Now with her holistic, serene sound\u2014and accompanying\u00a0sunshine-yellow color palette\u2014this album feels like summer, it feels like shedding your skin and finding serenity.<\/p>\n

Bff x haus of cit\u00e9 soleil<\/a><\/h3>\n

Conceptual online retail and educational fashion platform, Black Fashion Fair<\/a>\u2014Founded by image maker, stylist and overall fashion historian, Antoine Gregory\u2014teamed up with Haitian design house, Haus of Cit\u00e9 Soleil<\/a>\u2014founded by designer David Jean\u2014to produce a capsule collection inspired by the beauty, resilience and hope of Haiti.\u00a0With\u00a0funds \u00a0contributing to the country\u2019s restoration efforts, much like BFF’s mission, this is fashion with purpose.<\/p>\n

We consider ourselves Bailiens over here (Chloe x Halle stans). We are loving getting to see the dynamic, sister duo continue to grow into their own and this cover story and editorial for Flaunt magazine, of Chloe, is\u2014no pun intended\u2014fire! Photographed by Chrisean Rose<\/a> and styled by Alexander Julian<\/a>\u2014wearing Fendi throughout the edit\u2014she looks incredible.<\/p>\n

Listen, we are seriously obsessed with the Bottega green (we’ve talked about it so much, please don’t hate us). By now you know, we’re suckers for great Italian design like\u00a0Ettore Sottsass<\/a>,Carlo Scarpa and Mario Bellini\u2014we seriously dream of that Camaleonda sofa. Speaking of Mario Bellini, his 1969 polished stainless cylinder floor lamp, The Chiara, is a thing of beauty. It’s the perfect definition of form meets function. Why not have a beautiful, sculptural lamp\u2014that’s both aesthetically pleasing and lights your space at the same time.<\/p>\n
