When a Gold Coast girl hits the big time and moves to L.A. to become one of Hollywood\u2019s biggest names, there\u2019s one thing you know (or hope): that she may now be moving in circles with the rich and famous\u2014and may also be both of those things\u2014but at heart, she\u2019s still a low-key Aussie.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

That sentiment rings true for Margot Robbie<\/a>, who, though she\u2019s an Oscar-nominated actress and one of the most sought-after women in film, opts to stay out of the limelight as much as possible. Instead, Robbie lives a relatively under-the-radar life in L.A. with her British film producer husband, Tom Ackerley.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The 31-year-old rarely ever posts on social media\u2014in fact, she announced she\u2019s totally off the app now in June\u2014and spends most of her time behind the camera working with her friends on their production company, Lucky Chap. Further proof of Robbie\u2019s low-key lifestyle comes courtesy of her Hancock Park home, which, though it\u2019s undoubtedly stunning and, naturally, incredibly chic, is miles away from the wild extravagance we\u2019ve come to expect from A-list stars.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Just last month, Cara Delevingne took <\/span>Architectural Digest<\/span><\/i> through her Hollywood Hills home, which is so huge and expansive that there\u2019s a room dedicated just to dress-up costumes. (There\u2019s also a ball pit, a vagina wall and a sex room\u2014but that\u2019s for another time). Meanwhile, Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis have a 10-foot-tall crystal chandelier in their barn.\u00a0<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n
