There are two types of people: Those who sit around and watch YouTube makeup tutorials day in and day out, and those who watch other things on YouTube, like slime videos or Bob The Drag Queen’s Purse First Impressions or Binging with Babish, you know. I am personally in the center of this Venn Diagram, and happy to be there. I’ve watched Patrick Starrr videos for years, and am thrilled any time his makeup line, ONE\/SIZE, comes out with a new launch. Today, July 30, marks the launch of ONE\/SIZE’s first concealer, the Turn Up the Base Buttersilk Concealer. Coming in 24 shades and launching both online and in-store at Sephora, this luxurious concealer is bound to be one to watch.<\/p>\n

The brand describes Turn Up the Base Buttersilk Concealer as “a 12-hour, medium-to-full coverage concealer with a soft matte finish that\u2019s built to DO IT ALL,” saying that the concealer “glides on skin like butter on toast, without ever accentuating texture,” calling it “the most laser-focused texture solver in the game.” Starrr has professed his love for tarte’s Shape Tape, an ultra high-coverage concealer, so it’s no surprise that his concealer promises intense coverage without looking cakey or worse, enhancing the look of texture.<\/span><\/p>\n

Instead, this concealer promises to smooth skin’s texture, with skin-loving ingredients. The concealers boast both avocado & mango butter to help hydrate & nourish to smooth texture; an exclusive peptide blend to refresh skin, as well as help to improve texture; and caffeine to depuff the undereye area and keep skin looking fine, fresh, and fierce. It literally can do everything you want out of a concealer \u2014 spot treat, conceal and brighten the undereye area, and shape and contour the face, all without being too drying or creasing.<\/p>\n

We’re a little shocked Starrr didn’t launch with 60+ shades, given his over-the-top nature, you’d expect extra extra<\/em> from him \u2014 but we’re more excited to try these concealers than ever before. Our favorite detail? The packaging doesn’t just share the shade color, but also the undertones, so you don’t have to panic in the Sephora aisles because you’re worried you’re gonna get it wrong \u2014 thanks, Patrick Starrr!<\/p>\n
