It’s true that when news first broke that Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez went on a romantic getaway to Montana<\/a> that Matt Damon\u00a0apparently<\/em> had no idea of the reunion<\/a>. In fact, his response to reporters at the time went along the lines of, \u201cIt\u2019s a fascinating story, I hope it\u2019s true. I love them both. That would be awesome.\u201d<\/p>\n

Well now it seems that the\u00a0Good Will Hunting\u00a0<\/em>star is back in the know and told\u00a0People<\/a>\u00a0<\/em>that he keeps in touch with Affleck about “everything”.<\/p>\n

“Well, I mean, it’s real-life stuff,” Damon told the publication. “We each got a whole mess of kids. We text pretty much about everything. There’s so much in the press about him that normally I’m just fact checking things I read. ‘Did this happen?’ He’s like, ‘No that didn’t happen.'”<\/p>\n
