At first glance, the lines of whether the new sacai x KAWS collaboration is artwork influenced by clothes or vice versa may have been a bit blurred. The artist and sacai founder and designer Chitose Abe<\/a>“who decided to partner together after a long-held mutual admiration and friendship” recently released a collection of “Wearable Art.”<\/span><\/p>\n

The collection that speaks to both the fashion and art lover transforms legendary artwork<\/a> by KAWS into garments using sacai’s striking silhouettes. The extensive collection includes pieces for everyone featuring iconic color patterns across blouson jackets, dresses, and T-shirts. Of course, it wouldn’t be KAWS without its classic motifs, including the use of Xs throughout the range.<\/span><\/p>\n
