A source close to the nostalgic couple has said in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.marieclaire.com\/celebrity\/a36952190\/jennifer-lopez-ben-affleck-families-getting-along-great\/\" target=\"_blank\">an interview<\/a> &#8220;J.Lo and Ben&#8217;s families are getting along great and they are making an effort to take things slow when it comes to their kids.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Jennifer Lopez, 51, shares 13-year-old twins, Emme and Max, with ex-husband Marc Anthony. Anthony and Lopez split in 2011 after seven years of marriage due to &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/articles\/news\/496062\/marc-anthony-files-for-divorce-from-jennifer-lopez\" target=\"_blank\">irreconcilable differences.<\/a>&#8221; Ben Affleck shares his children Violet, 15, Seraphina, 12, and Samuel, 9 with ex-wife Jennifer Garner. An <a href=\"https:\/\/graziamagazine.com\/us\/articles\/ben-affleck-jennifer-lopez-hamptons\/\">onlooker at the theme park said<\/a> Affleck and J-Lo &#8220;definitely looked in love. It&#8217;s a big step to get your kids involved, but a sign that things are going well between the two. Sharing family experiences together shows an amount of trust that comes alongside confidence in a relationship.<\/p>\n<p>A <a href=\"http:\/\/creditkarma.com\/dashboard?categories=SubscriptionRequired%2CBulk\" target=\"_blank\">source close to the couple recently stated<\/a> \u201cWhether they end up together or not, it\u2019s good for both of them now. And not that surprising.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>This seems like important progress for the couple, as things have been arguably questionable as to whether or not they have actually made it official. But for right now, what we can see is that they are testing the waters and building a foundation for what could be the romantic reunion of the
