The supplement has been formulated using exclusive technology, high-quality ingredients, and a unique delivery system, to renew and promote healthy skin and deliver a high concentration of microbes and essential nutrients to the gut. “We believe it is important to take a 360-degree approach when caring for your skin health,” Professor\u00a0Augustinus<\/span>\u00a0Bader tells\u00a0GRAZIA<\/em> regarding the brand’s expansion into supplements.\u00a0“<\/span>As innovators in our field, we wanted to leverage over 30 years of scientific research in regenerative medicine and cellular repair to create the best possible ingestible companion to complement our award-winning topicals and offer a way to begin your beauty and wellness regimen from within.”<\/p>\n

The SKIN is powered by the brand’s patent-pending ERC8 (Epigenetic Rejuvenating Complex 8) technology. ERC8 leverages probiotics, prebiotics, botanical extracts, and high-grade vitamins and minerals to build a healthy gut microbiome, nourish the gut-skin connection<\/a>, and kickstart the cellular processes that slow as we age.\u00a0 To make sure that the microbes survive and get all the way to the intestine to do their job, sachets of The SKIN are full of antioxidant-rich nutrients like Punicalagins and Punicic Acid, as well as a targeted delivery system to ensure absorption and prevent accumulation in the intestine.<\/p>\n

The brand did a heavy round of clinical testing: They trialed The SKIN on 35 women and men between the ages of 18-65 over 12 weeks, all of whom self-reported as having aging, dull, or unevenly textured or toned skin. According to the clinical assessments, after 12 weeks, The SKIN improved the hydration of the skin by 160.47%; fine lines were visibly reduced by 60.51%; skin firmness was visibly improved by 180.60%; skin radiance was visibly improved by 204.64%; even skin tone was visibly improved by 185.48%, and the look of skin imperfections was visibly reduced by 51.05%.<\/p>\n

The brand’s head scientist Dr. Shibashish Giri describes The SKIN, sharing, “Our supplement is the only such option on the market in which we reach the target sites instead of accumulating in the gastrointestinal parts of the body. This supplement actively participates in cellular regeneration, drawing its energy from the mitochondria.” The brand recommends adding a sachet of the SKIN to morning or afternoon juice, smoothie, or yogurt for a quick boost, or adding it to room temperature water.
