Everyone knows it\u2019s hard to make friends as an adult, so when you happen to find someone you click with by chance\u2014even when that chance is due to both being invited as guests to a Dior show in Athens, Greece\u2014it\u2019s worth holding on to.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

For Cara Delevingne<\/a>, meeting Anya Taylor-Joy<\/a> was one such moment.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Over the weekend, the model posted to Instagram in tribute to her new friendship with <\/span>The Queen\u2019s Gambit<\/span><\/i> actress. In it, she joked about the pair wearing the same shoes to the fashion show and noting that Taylor-Joy is the kind of woman who\u2019ll drop anything to help when it comes to a wardrobe malfunction, as all good friends should.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The post began with a clip of Taylor-Joy helping her fix Delevingne\u2019s tangled pleated Dior dress before the pair posed for pictures together at the Panathenaic Stadium in Athens. “Find friends that will tell you when you have something in your teeth and when you need it most, tell you things you may not want to hear,” Delevingne wrote. “Connection is the only way we can learn and grow so be the women that fixes another women\u2019s crown (dress) instead of pointing out that it was crooked.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n
