The most unexpected celebrity news of, I\u2019m going to say, this decade, is the resurrection of Beniffer. <\/span><\/p>\n

Jennifer Lopez, who was very recently engaged to be married to Alex Rodriguez, and Ben Affleck, who was very recently in a relationship with Ana de Armas, are now back together, 17 years after the end of their initial romance.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

However, no one knows how or when these two began speaking again, let alone dating, since rumors first started a few weeks ago. Already, in pure pandemic turbo relationship perfection, we\u2019ve seen the pair take off on romantic vacations to both Montana in a private jet,<\/a> and Miami, where they’re now hanging out (read: Affleck is smoking, while Lopez is meditating).\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Given we\u2019re 16 months into a pandemic, most of us are very much enjoying this time portal back to 2004. A simpler time before social media, before lockdowns, and when low-rise jeans and Jenny from the Block reigned supreme. <\/span><\/p>\n

But apparently, A-Rod isn\u2019t the only of Lopez\u2019 exes to not be too happy about Bennifer 2.0<\/a>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Last night, Diddy decided to add to the discourse. The rapper, who JLo dated from September 1999 to February 2001 (she began dating Affleck originally the next year in 2002), posted a stunning throwback photo of himself and Lopez to Instagram from when they were dating. In the paparazzi image, the pair are holding hands while walking.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The caption? Simply \u201c#tbt.\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
