May 24, 2021:\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>Is there anyone on Earth having a year quite like\u00a0<\/span>Doja Cat<\/span><\/a>? The answer is a swift and resounding no\u2014the singer has dominated the music charts, been embroiled in controversy, and still came out the other side with some amazing performances. Last night, at the 2021 <\/span>Billboard Music Awards<\/span><\/a>, for example, she solidified her place as a red carpet icon with a geometric negative-space eye look that we want to recreate like, yesterday.<\/span><\/p>\n

Makeup artist Ernesto Casillas<\/a>, who has painted the faces of Ryan Destiny, Tiffany Haddish, and plenty of\u00a0<\/span>Real Housewives<\/span><\/a>, yet again gave Doja a killer look for the red carpet. Doja has been into an Afro-futurism era for her upcoming album <\/span>Planet Her<\/span><\/em>, and this graphic eye with a pop of blue to match her necklace is a brilliant addition to this era. Just\u00a0<\/span>look<\/span><\/em>\u00a0at those sharp, spear-like eyebrows.<\/span><\/p>\n
