Over the weekend, Supermodel Elsa Hosk treated her fans to a tour of her Soho apartment. In the IGTV, the Victoria Secret Angel spoke about the journey from purchase to present day, including the extreme renovation the apartment went through. Working in the industry since she was 15 years-old, Hosk explains how she had always dreamt of having a New York City apartment in a very particular style.<\/p>\n

After strictly saving for years, a bare bones Soho loft became available and the cover girl knew she had to have it. \u201cI looked at so many places that were done up already and it wasn\u2019t really my style\u201d she explains, \u201cSo I\u2019d either have to tear it all out and start over or I would have to live with someone else\u2019s renovation.\u201d<\/p>\n

Once the sale of the apartment went through, Hosk faced obstacle after obstacle during the renovation. \u201cWe began to renovate, and we realized everything I wanted to do wasn\u2019t allowed in the building. I wanted to build a huge mezzanine because the ceilings are so high in here that I thought that would be incredible to add extra square footage and extra bedrooms and closets.\u201d<\/p>\n
