Love her or think she’s crazy, there’s no denying Gwyneth is dedicated to maintaining her health. Whether she’s deep in a macrobiotic cleanse or touting the benefits of jade eggs, there’s not a lot the actress-turned-Goop-editor won’t try in her quest for eternal youth. And judging by her Golden Globes red carpet appearance<\/a> yesterday in sheer Fendi, she’s clearly onto a good thing.<\/p>\n

Before the iconic moment, Paltrow put in some serious work to ensure she would turn up feeling (and looking) her best, and luckily for us, documented the process on Instagram. See the wellness matriarch’s in-depth Golden Globes prep routine below.<\/p>\n

First up is a bit of yoga at Core Power Yoga<\/a> in Los Angeles to lengthen and center before the red carpet media feeding frenzy.<\/p>\n

Next up a massage. Or is it chiropractic? Either way, looks intense.<\/p>\n

Following all the bending and stretching, Gwyneth stopped at L.A. wellness hub, Kreation Kafe, for lunch with her husband, Brad Falchuk. It’s notorious for its so-healthy-it-hurts pressed juices, smoothies, and salads. Delicious (and perfect fuel before an awards ceremony).<\/p>\n

Before hair and makeup start, Paltrow had a facial using her very own Goop products and the cult-loved Jillian Dempsey Gold Sculpting Bar<\/a>. Constructed from 24 karat gold, it omits tiny vibrations said to lift, sculpt and contour the face.<\/p>\n

Finally on her way out, Gwyneth resisted a cookie buffet put together by her stepson. So it would seem that her abs and<\/em> willpower are both in fact, rock solid.<\/p>\n
