I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but we’ve all been doing our makeup wrong. TikTok<\/a>, our digital purveyor of modern day makeup and skincare hacks, has been revolutionizing the way we use cosmetics in recent years. Now the biggest corrective trend to take over the platform is a new method of concealer application that puts our old method to shame.<\/p>\n

The old way of doing things \u2013 which has been largely pervaded by the Kardashians and their glam squad \u2013 involves applying a significant amount of concealer under the eyes, a swipe of concealer down the nose and fanning out from between the brows and up across the forehead. If you’re going all the way, you might also conceal around your lip line and beneath the contour of your cheeks for extra emphasis, as demonstrated by Kim Kardashian<\/a> below.<\/p>\n
