Who among us doesn\u2019t feel a little less than fit these days? After a year or so spent in self<\/a>–iso<\/a>-quar-lockdown<\/a> while physically distancing ourselves from our trainers, things probably aren\u2019t as tight as they used to be, and the approach of summer swimsuit season<\/a> in the vax era<\/a> comes with an extra frisson of self-consciousness. Not even celebrities<\/a> are immune to this insidious<\/a> post-pandemmy<\/a> body image anxiety. Case in point: the Fresh Prince himself, Will Smith<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m gonna be real wit yall – I\u2019m in the worst shape of my life,\u201d he posted on his official Instagram account yesterday.<\/p>\n
