Now, that virtual window shopping experience is getting an upgrade thanks to Zara Beauty, the fashion retailer&#8217;s first-ever beauty collection launching Wednesday, May 12. The range is comprised of products and tools for the eyes, lips, face, and nails that look high-end, without the steep price tag to match.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">GRAZIA<\/span><\/em><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0hasn&#8217;t had the chance to test the products just yet to confirm that Zara Beauty products wear as good as they look. Still, I&#8217;m willing to bet they do since legendary British makeup artist\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/graziamagazine.com\/articles\/5-things-to-consider-before-you-bleach-your-brows-like-kaia-gerber\/\"class=\"editor-rtfLink\"  target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Diane Kenda<\/span><\/a><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">l serves as the collection&#8217;s creative director. The famed beauty pro needs no introduction, but for those in need of a refresher, she&#8217;s been responsible for the glam at countless high-profile runway shows and campaigns through the years, including but not limited to Prabal Gurung, Jason Wu, and Tom Ford.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The fashion-forward beauty range has been in the works for over a year. \u201cWhen Zara approached me to lead the creative direction of Zara Beauty, I saw an opportunity to make something that everyone would want to use,&#8221; says the legendary makeup artist in a statement provided to\u00a0<\/span><em><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">GRAZIA USA.\u00a0<\/span><\/em><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">&#8220;Zara has always reached such a diverse audience, and I wanted to bring that same big vision to beauty with a collection that is clean, refillable, and accessible to all.&#8221;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">To celebrate the upcoming line, Kendal recruited nine world-renowned photographers, who captured their personal vision of beauty using Zara Beauty products, and a diverse cast of models.\u00a0 The artists included Steven Meisel, David Sims, Marilyn Minter, Oliver Hadlee Pearch, Zo\u00eb Ghertner, Craig McDean, Nadine Ijewere, Mario Sorrenti, and Fabien Baron. Zara Beauty&#8217;s first launch is comprised of 20 makeup products (six lip products, four eye products, and six makeup brushes), plus 39 shades of nail polish. Its custom packaging, brought to life by design and advertising agency Baron &amp; Baron is inspired by the \u201cZ\u201d from the Zara logo itself. The entire line is on a slant so that it stands out o n your makeup vanity. The best part? Prices range from $7.90 to $25.90, with refills starting at $4.90.<\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">In a statement provided to\u00a0<\/span><em><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">GRAZIA<\/span><\/em><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">, a brand representative broke down what it means for Zara Beauty&#8217;s products to be &#8220;clean.&#8221; The statement read as follows: &#8220;Products included in the makeup launch have been formulated in accordance with European Regulation 1223\/2009, under which most of the ingredients included on Clean lists are included (Phthalates, Coal Tar, PFCs, Formaldehyde, Petrolatum, Hydroquinone, D4 silicone, etc.), and therefore do not appear in the products.
