Anyone eager to get a sneak peek at some of this year\u2019s most anticipated new TV series can do so at this summer\u2019s Tribeca Festival<\/a>. As part of the 2021 Tribeca TV<\/a> programming, Starz\u2019s adaptation of the 2018 film Blindspotting<\/em>, AMC\u2019s feminist satire Kevin Can F**K Himself<\/em>, and the long awaited second season of OWN\u2019s David Makes Man<\/em> will all have their world premieres alongside other exciting new shows.<\/p>\n

From executive producers Daveed Diggs and Rafael Casal\u2014who co-wrote and starred in the original film \u2014 Starz\u2019s half-hour dramedy Blindspotting<\/em> expands the world of the film and re-centers the narrative on Jasmine Cepha Jones\u2019 character Ashley. The arrest and incarceration of her long-term partner Miles (Casal) throws the Oakland mom into an existential crisis, made worse when she and her young son are forced to move in with Miles\u2019s opinionated mom (Academy Award winner Helen Hunt).<\/p>\n
