Tuesday, the 20-year-old released \u201cTransparent Soul,\u201d featuring <a href=\"https:\/\/graziamagazine.com\/us\/articles\/kourtney-kardashian-birthday-gift-travis-barker\/\">Travis Barker<\/a> on the drums and it was everything we never knew we needed. One user <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/thisisridz\/status\/1387348883265650692?s=27\" target=\"_blank\">tweeted<\/a> a clip of the video captioning it, \u201cWillow Smith resurrecting 2000s rock with a vengeance and I love it.\u201d Another <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/brokebackboys\/status\/1387213983342481410?s=27\" target=\"_blank\">tweeted<\/a>: \u201cThank you Willow Smith for saving punk rock.\u201d And although fans may be mesmerized by her latest venture, the hit comes as no surprise to her mother, multi-hyphenate Jada Smith, who formed in a rock band, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=moCvktqTKsg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Wicked Wisdom<\/a>, in the early-aughts.
