As much as we er,\u00a0<\/span>live to\u00a0<\/span><\/em>see celebrities on the red carpet, there’s something much more intimate and special about seeing how their glam is born behind the scenes. On Sunday, April 25, Los Angeles-based makeup artist Georgie Eisdell shared a clip bringing\u00a0<\/span>Promising Young Woman<\/a>\u00a0<\/span><\/em>star Carey Mulligan’s makeup to life ahead of the 93rd annual awards ceremony<\/a>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Before applying makeup, though, the beauty pro prepped the star’s skin with the CurrentBody Skin LED Light Therapy Mask<\/a>, which, as the expert puts it, “smooths, calms, and firms.” The artist snapped a photo of the device, raving about it in the accompanying caption. “I cannot live without it.” she wrote. “I made sure we got a little 15-minute relaxation and skin love this morning with Carey before we started glam.”<\/span><\/p>\n
