Kelly Osbourne says she is \u201cback on track\u201d with recovery after a relapse following almost four years of sobriety.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis is a little hard for me to talk about, but I\u2019ve always promised you that I will always be honest with you about where I\u2019m at and what\u2019s going on in my road to recovery,\u201d Osbourne said in an April 20 Instagram Story, revealing, \u201cI relapsed. Not proud of it. But I am back on track.\u201d<\/p>\n

Osbourne, 36, decided she needed help and got sober in August 2017. The following year, she talked about how she was coping with her addictions by regularly attending therapy.<\/p>\n

And in July 2018, the month before she celebrated being one year sober, Osbourne said on the British TV show Loose Women<\/em> that \u201cpeople need to know rehab doesn\u2019t fix you, it just helps you get on the right track.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cYou\u2019re never fixed,\u201d she explained. \u201cYou spend your whole entire life doing everything you can to never pick up and use again.\u201d<\/p>\n

After her recent relapse, the Project Runway Junior<\/em> judge promised on Instagram she was \u201csober today\u201d and will be \u201csober tomorrow\u201d and explained she\u2019s learned the recovery journey \u201ctruly is just one day at a time.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI just want to tell you guys the truth because I never, ever want to lie to you,\u201d she said. \u201cThank you so much for your support and your love.\u201d<\/p>\n
