Speaking to <\/span>Page Six<\/a>,\u00a0<\/em>John Corbett has confirmed he will reprise his role of Aidan in the forthcoming HBO Max reboot of <\/span>Sex and the City,\u00a0<\/em>titled\u00a0<\/span>And Just Like That.\u00a0<\/em>Aidan is Carrie Bradshaw’s ex-fianc\u00e9 and appeared in the show between 2000 and 2003 as well as in the 2010 film sequel.<\/span><\/p>\n

The 59-year-old is “very excited” to return to the SATC<\/em> set and believes he will be in “quite a few” of the new episodes. With just 10 episodes confirmed in the reboot, we couldn’t help but wonder… will Aidan steal Carrie’s heart once more?<\/a> Aidan was the furniture designer that Carrie cheated on and subsequently dumped after he wanted marriage. In the sequel film, the couple reunited for a cheeky kiss.<\/p>\n

In February, it was reported that Chris Noth\u2019s Mr. Big (whom Carrie married) would not return to the reboot. There have since been differing reports<\/a> on the matter with Noth insinuating on social media that he could\u00a0<\/em>return.<\/p>\n

Noth wrote on Instagram, \u201cWell if Page Six<\/em> says it \u2026 It must be true,\u201d along with a telltale winky-face emoji.<\/p>\n
