Serena Williams<\/a> is just one of several stars who will have their lives immortalized on the silver screen. Today Vanity Fair<\/a>\u00a0<\/em>announced the 23-time Grand Slam champion has signed a first-look deal with Amazon Studios.<\/p>\n

Williams’ first project will be a docuseries on her own life, “through my eyes and through my lens,” she told actor Michael B. Jordan in the interview.<\/p>\n

In a statement released to\u00a0Deadline<\/a>,\u00a0<\/em>Williams revealed, \u201cI\u2019m very excited to be partnering with Amazon Studios \u2013 they are developing some of the most inspiring and important content for a global audience. I have a lot of stories I\u2019m eager to tell, including a continuation of my own, and I look forward to sharing those with the world.”<\/p>\n

The docuseries will be the first of a number of projects and according to publication will entail scripted and unscripted television productions that will debut exclusively on Amazon Prime Video.<\/p>\n
