I cannot get enough of Adam Brody<\/a>. Perhaps it is because of his quirky, nice-guy charm on The O.C.\u00a0<\/em>but somehow I can imagine he\u2019s just the same IRL. On Monday\u2019s episode of Anna Faris\u2019 Unqualified podcast<\/em><\/a>, the actor has detailed how he met his now-wife, Leighton Meester<\/a>, and shed some light on their seven years of marriage.<\/p>\n

\u201cI was on The O.C.<\/em>, and that was coming to an end and Gossip Girl<\/em> was starting. Josh Schwartz produced both shows,\u201d said Brody, 41. \u201cThe first time we met, that whole cast was eating at Canter\u2019s [in Los Angeles] and I lived at Canter\u2019s for, like, my entire 20s. I was leaving and he introduced all of us and then [I] bumped into her, like, two or three times over the next couple of years.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThen we did this movie together, The Oranges<\/em>. I was seeing someone at the time,\u201d he continued. \u201cSo we met kind of through mutual work friends off and on. We didn\u2019t get together until about a year after that movie, when I was single.\u201d<\/p>\n
