Creative director <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/graziamagazine.com\/articles\/lanvin-fall-winter-2021-collection\/\"class=\"editor-rtfLink\"  target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Bruno Sialelli<\/span><\/a><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> shared the news with the world via the release of the fashion house&#8217;s spring-summer 2021 campaign. The photographs reveal a softer, more sophisticated side of the socialite than the flashy red carpet image shaped in the early aughts. Dressed in Lanvin&#8217;s tortoiseshell glasses and burgundy-colored leather jacket, Hilton&#8217;s signature long lengths were replaced with a bright blonde <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/graziamagazine.com\/articles\/kaia-gerber-bob-haircut\/\"class=\"editor-rtfLink\"  target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">bob<\/span><\/a><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> and brow-skimming bangs, courtesy of celebrity hairstylist Jimmy Paul.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The campaign takes its cues from 1950s portraits of New York City\u2019s society women, who were then referred to as &#8220;Swans.&#8221; These days, we know them as influencers, and Hilton&#8217;s the OG. With 14 million Instagram followers and counting, there&#8217;s no denying her ability to engage fans. Most recently, she has them going wild over her new look. On Tuesday, March 16, she posted one of the campaign photos, and in the accompanying caption wrote, &#8220;Thinking I might cut my hair short again like this. Thoughts?&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Unsurprisingly, her followers went wild for the brand-new coif. &#8220;PLEASE keep your hair this way! It looks so refreshing, mature, and elegant!&#8221; one social media user tweeted. Another wrote, &#8220;Yes! Short hair looks super chic and glamorous on you, Paris.&#8221; A third desperately wished it wasn&#8217;t a wig: &#8220;I wish she would really cut her hair look this she\u2019s serving so much old Hollywood glamour and it looks good on her.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-17713\" src=\"https:\/\/graziamagazine.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2021\/03\/Paris-Hilton-Lanvin.gif\" alt=\"Paris Hilton\" width=\"800\" height=\"600\" data-gz_credit=\"Credit: Mert and Marcus\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The campaign images were brought to life by famed fashion photographers Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott, whom\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.vogue.co.uk\/fashion\/bc\/lanvin-paris-hilton\"class=\"editor-rtfLink\"  target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Hilton describes<\/span><\/a><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> as her &#8220;favorite photographers in the world.&#8221; Beyond looking incredible, the campaign represents Hilton&#8217;s growth and her journey toward becoming more transparent with her longtime admirers, as emotionally depicted in<\/span><em><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0<\/span><\/em><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">the 2020 documentary,\u00a0<\/span><em><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">This Is Paris<\/span><\/em><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">&#8220;I\u2019m so used to photo shoots with all these other photographers, where it\u2019s just so glam and like, the big eyelashes and big blonde hair,&#8221; Hilton says in <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.vogue.co.uk\/fashion\/bc\/lanvin-paris-hilton\"class=\"editor-rtfLink\"  target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">an interview<\/span><\/a><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> tied to the SS21 collection reveal. &#8220;I\u2019ve been doing that for so long. But this was the first time to be completely stripped of all of that and just be natural.
