An Italian summer sojourn feels a million miles away right now, but not for sizzling supers Bella Hadid<\/a> and Hailey Bieber. The two models star in the latest Versace<\/a> fragrance campaign, Dylan Turquoise Pour Femme.<\/p>\n

Shot on a small, sun-soaked island off the coast of Sardinia, the campaign encapsulates Versace’s idealistic interpretation of the eternal summer: sparkling azure waters, unique rock formations, private islands, gilded limbs and a warm, hazy drenching of sunlight. There’s an air of exclusivity as well, namely communicated through aquamarine crystal mesh outfits and weighty gold jewels worn while seaside. Impractical, but stunning nonetheless.<\/p>\n

The scent itself runs in a similar vein; an olfactory translation of a glamorous coastal vacation. Light, watery and zesty, it’s fresh and impossibly youthful but with a certain feeling of luxury. Like most Versace scents, it’s bold without being overbearing… not to mention perfect for the upcoming holiday season.<\/p>\n

The campaign was in fact produced mid-pandemic, where the resort opened its doors specifically for the Italian fashion house. Here in the Southern Hemisphere, we (sadly) can’t be spritzing by the sea this European summer, but Versace Dylan Blue Pour Femme feels like a timely dose of fashion escapism.<\/p>\n
