On Tuesday March 2nd, Dolly Parton shared with fans on Instagram a very exciting moment from the campus at Vanderbilt Research Medical Center. The country singer called out to fans, \u201cWell hey it\u2019s me! I\u2019m finally gonna get my vaccine. I\u2019m so excited!\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cDolly gets a dose of her own medicine,\u201d she wrote on Twitter.<\/span><\/a>\u201d To commemorate her enthusiasm, Parton even tweaked the lyrics from “Jolene,” one of her most famous songs, to fit the occasion. She sings, \u201cvaccine, vaccine, vaccine, vaccine… I\u2019m begging of you please don\u2019t hesitate,” encouraging fans to get the vaccine to the tune of the hit song.
