On Monday, International’s Women Day, First Lady Dr. Jill Biden<\/a> give a speech at the State Department’s International Women of Courage Award ceremony. <\/a>Dr. Biden chose a lemon-printed dress from Oscar de la Renta\u2019s<\/a> pre-spring 21 collection. She paired the short-sleeved dress with a matching face mask and bright yellow pumps. But it wasn\u2019t just the bright print that caught our attention but it was the fact that Meghan Markle<\/a> previously wore almost the exact same dress. Dr. Biden appeared to be sending support to Markle after she opened up to Oprah Winfrey<\/a> in CBS’ most live-streamed event. Perhaps, even welcoming her back to America after she and Harry’s Megxit<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Back in February, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry made their first appearance since announcing they’re expecting their <\/span>second child<\/span><\/a>. On Monday, February 22, the former senior royals virtually attended\u00a0<\/span>Spotify’s Stream On<\/span><\/a>\u00a0event to discuss one of their new endeavors,\u00a0<\/span>Archewell Audio<\/span><\/a>. This past December, the couple signed a multi-year deal with the audio streaming platform to produce and host their\u00a0<\/span>own podcast series<\/span><\/a>. Their\u00a0<\/span>first episode<\/span><\/a>\u00a0launched in line with the holidays, and it features a special appearance from 21-month-old baby Archie.<\/span><\/p>\n

The purpose of the pre-recorded Spotify event was for creators to come together to talk about the power of podcasting. For the occasion, the\u00a0<\/span>Suits\u00a0<\/span><\/em>alum donned a sleeveless Oscar de la Renta dress featuring a summery citrus design that fans speculate might be a nod to the family’s new home state of sunny California. Others think it might be a tribute to the couple’s lemon wedding cake, but Markle has neither confirmed nor denied any speculation at the time of writing.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

As for her beauty look, Markle wore her hair down and in a center part, styled in layered, loose waves. She subtly enhanced her features with eyeliner and mascara and embraced fresh-looking skin and freckles.
