Gigi Hadid and Zayn Malik’s daughter already has a designer wardrobe<\/a> better than most grown women. From Moschino<\/a> onesies to Jacquemus,<\/a> Versace<\/a>, Lanvin,<\/a> and Missoni<\/a> clothes, baby Khai has no shortage of outfits to wear while being carted around New York City with her supermodel mother.<\/p>\n

Though Emily Ratajkowski<\/a> is yet to give birth to her first child, the baby gifts from famous friends are already piling up. Just a week after her surprise baby shower,<\/a> an event in which she was gifted personalized dressing gowns and cushions for “Mama Bear, Daddy Bear, and baby Bear-Rata,” Ratajkowski has shared her pre-baby gift from Donatella Versace.<\/p>\n

Ratajkowski shared a photo of a brand new Versace black Medusa top-handle bag<\/a>, which was debuted during the brand’s Spring Summer 2021 show. A Versace runway alum<\/a>\u00a0herself – Ratajkowski walked just two years ago at Milan Fashion Week –\u00a0 it’s no wonder she’d be top priority to receive the new style, complete with a handwritten note from the designer.<\/p>\n

While the bag will help Ratajkowski cart baby items around Manhattan, the model is also the proud owner of a Prada diaper bag, an acquisition this editor wouldn’t let a newborn near.<\/p>\n

Given Hadid was gifted a baby Versace jumper for her daughter the same week she gave birth, we can expect baby BearRata to be treated to a similar gift upon their arrival earth-side.<\/p>\n

For her official pregnancy announcement in October, Ratajkowski penned an essay \u2013 her second huge writing piece in as many month<\/a>s \u2013 revealing why she and husband Sebastian Bear-McClard are not telling anyone their baby\u2019s gender and are instead, letting their child decide for themselves.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhen my husband and I tell friends that I\u2019m pregnant, their first question after \u2018Congratulations\u2019 is almost always, \u2018Do you know what you want?\u2019 We like to respond that we won\u2019t know the gender until our child is 18 and that they\u2019ll let us know then,\u201d she explained. \u201cThere is a truth to our line, though, one that hints at possibilities that are much more complex than whatever genitalia our child might be born with: the truth that we ultimately have no idea\u00a0who<\/em>\u2014rather than\u00a0what<\/em>\u2014is growing inside my belly. Who will this person be? What kind of person will we become parents to? How will they change our lives and who we are?\u201d<\/p>\n

Ratajkowski wrote that while she wants to force as little gender stereotypes on her child as possible, she understands the desire to know the gender of the baby growing inside you because \u201cit feels like the first real opportunity to glimpse who they might be.\u201d<\/p>\n
