A few weeks ago, Palmer paused from her busy day to remind her Instagram fans that we are capable of reaching our full potential. \u201cThe sooner you realize that you are deserving of all of the things you want, all the things that you have, that you are magnificent, that you are amazing, that you are made from love, that you are deserving of good things.. the sooner that you will be able to see the beauty that really resides inside of you,\u201d she said.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

2. Earlier this year while on a hike at Runyon Canyon with her friend, Lenoria Addison, Palmer shared that health in 2021 has become a huge focus for her. \u201cIt\u2019s scary but also empowering to know that you yourself can make the difference,\u201d she said. Since quarantine, she has been living in Los Angeles.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
