Machine Gun Kelly<\/a> took to Instagram on Valentine’s Day to share a gallery of images of girlfriend, Megan Fox<\/a>. In a public display of love similar to fellow celebrities, Halle Berry<\/a> and Blake Lively,<\/a> Kelly’s post takes a slightly darker twist.<\/p>\n

“I wear your blood around my neck,” the artist captioned his Instagram image series, and he isn’t joking. The second picture reveals a clear locket with what is believed to be a small smear of Fox’s blood on the glass.<\/p>\n
