The blue psychedelic jeans are the product of Tom Ford\u2019s Gucci spring 2001 men\u2019s collection and sound the return of the relaxed silhouette. We’ve long been dreading the comeback of the 90s and sequentially the 00s era where double denim and velour sweatsuits were running rampant. But unlike the visible G-string look<\/a>, I could get behind this trend.<\/p>\n

Also worn by the likes of Bella Hadid<\/a> and Hailey Bieber<\/a> – the supermodel reportedly<\/a> used to steal her father’s jeans – the denim iteration is wildly versatile. It follows a long stint of the high-waisted mom jean – a nod to the 80s – and although comfortable can be ill-fitting. Firstly, look closely for stains and scents. Either is a big no-no. Be prepared to take your time. The first pair of vintage 501 Levi’s jeans you pick up aren’t going to fit perfectly (if they do, congratulations) and if they’re close but not quite right, a tailor can modify the fit. As for color, stick to a deep indigo or faded wash. And if you consider yourself a bit of an artist, grab some fabric paint for a customization that’s all your own.<\/p>\n
