Leave it to Valentino Beauty<\/a> to singlehandedly lift our collective spirits with one ultra-sexy scent campaign. For the launch of Valentino Vendetta \u2014 a duo of fragrances for him and her \u2014the brand tapped red hot Hollywood stars Dakota Johnson<\/a> and Alexander Skarsg\u00e5rd to take us on a day-to-date joyride along the sunny California coast. And the best news: GRAZIA<\/em> got an inside look at the making of the steamy campaign.<\/p>\n

The imagery, shot by iconic photographer duo (and real life couple) Inez and Vinoodh, captures intimate moments of Johnson and Skarsgard along the journey and as they pose for the final brand campaign.<\/p>\n

While both the 36-year-old 50 Shades of Grey actress and the Wicker lead, 50, excel at their craft, neither seems to be acting in the intimate fragrance film, directed by Romain Gavras in collaboration with Valentino creative director Alessandro Michele. Surprisingly, though Johnson and Skarsg\u00e5rd have known each other for a over a decade, this is their first professional project together. Still, From longing glances to deep soul kissing, the romance feels\u2026 alive.<\/p>\n

The sentiment feels right, as the campaign celebrates the return of Vendetta, brought back to life after first being introduced by Valentino Garavani in 1991. The reinterpretation puts a modern spin on Vendetta Donna<\/a> (for her) and Vendetta Uomo<\/a> (for him).<\/p>\n

The juice lives in bottles emblazoned with the brand\u2019s trademark V logo. The fiery red-hued eau de parfum of the woman’s scent pairs juicy fruit notes with dirty-sexy tuberose and creamy sandalwood. For Uomo, spicy notes of ginger and cinnamon mingle with earthy woods in a hyper-masculine cognac color.<\/p>\n
