You know that friend whose phone never seems to buzz on the table, yet she still catches flights, shows up on time, and somehow answers texts? Meanwhile, your Lock Screen looks like Times Square. With Pew Research finding that 41 percent of US adults \u2013 and 63 percent of eighteen to twenty nine year olds \u2013 say they are online almost constantly, the woman who is not glued to her iPhone is practically a unicorn.<\/p>\n
The secret is not superhuman self-control. It is settings. The least-distracted people quietly use a handful of genius iPhone tricks to keep the phone from distracting them. All built into iOS, all free, and all adjustable enough that you do not have to move into a cabin in the woods to copy them.<\/p>\n

Undistracted people do not just mute work at night, they make it invisible. During Work Focus, only their office email and work calendar exist. In Personal Focus, only personal inboxes and family events show up. The result feels less like willpower and more like separate phones for each version of your life.<\/p>\n
In Settings > Focus, pick your Work or Personal mode, scroll to Focus Filters, and tap Add Filter. For Mail, choose which accounts are allowed in that Focus. Do the same for Calendar so only the right calendars appear.
