Mary D’Argenis-Fernandez, founder and CEO of MDA Hospitality Solutions, a company that trains hotel staff, explained that this tiny device is one of the items room attendants are always hunting for. Room attendants often go beyond the basics – recognizing the amenities you enjoyed, designing towel art to surprise your children, or adjusting details to ensure your comfort. Using the notepad and pen left by the phone to write a quick thank-you note alongside a few extra dollars is a simple way to reciprocate those small acts of kindness.<\/span><\/p>\n
