From their whirlwind romance that captivated the world, the royal wedding<\/a> watched by millions, the high-stakes transition out of palace life<\/a>, to the off-the-radar rebuilding that followed, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have been through a lot together. In the ten years since their beginnings, they’ve become parents<\/a>, founded businesses<\/a> and endured family rifts<\/a> and major legal battles<\/a>, all while seemingly remaining as strong a couple as ever. Now, in a new cover story interview<\/a>, the Duchess opens up about what remains special about their relationship.<\/p>\n

Talking about their origins, she recalled the quality that first drew her in back in 2016.<\/p>\n

“You have someone who just has this childlike wonder and playfulness,” the former Suits<\/em><\/a> star explained. “I was so drawn to that, and he brought that out in me. That\u2019s translated into every part of our lives. Even in business, I want us to play and have fun and explore and be creative.”<\/p>\n

Now firmly settled in Montecito<\/a> with their children\u2014six-year-old Prince Archie Harrison<\/a> and four-year-old Princess Lilibet Diana<\/a>\u2014the pair run their many ventures together. Amid all the rumours<\/a> and scrutiny<\/a> that have defined much of their lives, Markle emphasises the security she feels with her husband.<\/p>\n

“He loves me so boldly, fully, and he also has a different perspective because he sees media that I wouldn\u2019t,\u201d she explains. “No one in the world loves me more than him, so I know he\u2019s always going to make sure that he has my back.”<\/p>\n

Markle, 44, and Prince Harry, 41, were first introduced through friends and kept their early dates under the radar before making a public appearance at the Invictus Games opening ceremony in Toronto, Canada, in September 2017.<\/p>\n

The couple announced their engagement<\/a> just a few months later in November, and were married shortly after on May 19,
