Compassion. &#8220;Movement should always feel like a privilege, never a punishment. If you\u2019ve been traveling, eating differently, or staying up late, that\u2019s simply part of living fully,&#8221; she tells <em>GRAZIA USA<\/em>. &#8220;Instead of chasing guilt, lean into gratitude that your body can return to movement. Start small, one walk, one Pilates class, one session without pressure.&#8221;<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"1738\" data-end=\"1769\">Avoid the Biggest Mistake<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1771\" data-end=\"2313\">According to Hagag, the most common misstep people make after time away is trying to do too much, too soon. \u201cThe biggest mistake is going \u2018all in\u2019 too fast and trying to push at 100% when the body isn\u2019t ready. That often leads to soreness, burnout, or even injury. My advice is to meet your body where it is today, not where it was before the break. Build strength gradually, focus on alignment, and celebrate small wins. It\u2019s important to enjoy the activity your body craves in the moment. Don\u2019t force yourself into what used to work. Instead, tune into what feels fun and therapeutic now because joy fuels consistency,\u201d she explains. \u201cMy philosophy blends the structure of athletic training with the <a href=\"https:\/\/graziamagazine.com\/us\/articles\/3-effective-pilates-exercises-strengthen-body-do-them-at-home-using-wall\/\">mindfulness of Pilates<\/a>. I want my clients to feel strong, yes, but also deeply connected, aware, and empowered.\u201d<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"3003\" data-end=\"3035\">Why the Nofar Method Works<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"3037\" data-end=\"3501\">Travel often leaves the body out of alignment \u2014 from tight hips to poor posture. Hagag designed her method specifically to counterbalance those effects. \u201cBy combining the Reformer and Cadillac in one session, we can lengthen and strengthen at the same time. The Reformer challenges stability and control, while the Cadillac opens, decompresses, and restores. Start with the basics: walks, breath work, <a href=\"https:\/\/graziamagazine.com\/us\/articles\/ditch-regular-planks-try-plank-jacks-for-belly-fat-burn\/\">planks<\/a>, bridges, and gentle spinal rolls like cat-cow. Even five minutes a day can reset your core, posture, and energy.\u201d<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"3866\" data-end=\"3903\">Balancing Fitness With Recovery<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"3905\" data-end=\"4361\">Another key element of her philosophy is that progress isn\u2019t just about the workout itself. \u201cExercising without recovery isn\u2019t sustainable. Your body doesn\u2019t get stronger during the workout; it gets stronger when you recover. Prioritize sleep, hydration, and stretching just as much as your workouts. If you only slept four hours, maybe that day\u2019s \u2018fitness\u2019 is <a href=\"https:\/\/graziamagazine.com\/us\/articles\/interval-walking-workout-burns-fast\/\">simply a walk<\/a> and restorative stretches. Listening to your body is part of discipline, too.\u201d<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"4368\" data-end=\"4395\">The Post-Travel Reset<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"4397\" data-end=\"4902\">For those battling jet lag or travel fatigue, Hagag recommends combining movement with restorative practices. \u201cFor me, the first step is always a good night\u2019s sleep. Once my body adjusts, I like to raise my heart rate with some cardio the day after the flight. If I\u2019m lucky, I go for a swim, which helps ease soreness, supports my back, and refreshes me mentally. If swimming isn\u2019t an option, I love using the sauna, steam, or infrared heat.
