Leave it to Rihanna to make fashion\u2019s most anticipated night her own personal pregnancy reveal, outdoing her 2023 Super Bowl announcement<\/a>, dare we say. Known for serving as the red carpet’s finale<\/em>, the singer took it upon herself to ensure the wait was worthwhile. Tonight, the 2025 Met Gala<\/a> became a moment of pop culture history as the icon confirmed she\u2019s expecting her third child with A$AP Rocky<\/a>, in true Rihanna fashion.<\/p>\n

After a day of speculative buzz, the Fenty<\/a> mogul arrived in a custom Marc Jacobs<\/a> ensemble that was as much a tribute to the exhibition’s theme<\/a>, Superfine: Tailoring Black Style<\/em>, as it was to her maternal style. Featuring a corseted bodice, the look hugged her growing baby bump with effortless elegance, while a cropped tuxedo jacket added structure. Her floor-sweeping skirt\u2014designed to mimic a tailored coat slipping off, its sleeves knotted behind her waist\u2014cleverly nodded to the evening\u2019s dress code, \u201cTailored for You.\u201d<\/p>\n

A maroon polka-dot tie, oversized hat, sharp pointed pumps, and vintage Belperron and Verdura jewels completed the outfit\u2014one that was equal parts dandy, daring, and undeniably Rihanna. Her partner A$AP Rocky<\/a>, who walked the carpet earlier in the evening alongside his fellow co-chairs of this year\u2019s Gala, also confirmed the news to the Associated Press<\/a>.<\/em><\/p>\n

\u201cIt feels amazing,” he told the outlet. “We’re definitely happy, you know.\u201d<\/p>\n

With sons RZA<\/a> and Riot<\/a> already in their stylish brood, the couple seem to be going from strength to strength.<\/p>\n
