Other culprits include <strong data-start=\"2479\" data-end=\"2511\">restless legs syndrome (RLS)<\/strong>, which causes involuntary leg movement that pulls you out of deep sleep.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"2586\" data-end=\"2624\">Lifestyle Habits That Drain You<\/h2>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2626\" data-end=\"2744\">Sometimes, the problem lies in your daily routine. For example, adjusting your diet, sleep hygiene, or caffeine habits may help. But if the exhaustion lingers?<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"3704\" data-end=\"3885\"><em data-start=\"3704\" data-end=\"3758\">\u201cSee a doctor if fatigue lasts more than six weeks,\u201d<\/em> advises Dr. Kierzek. Tests for conditions like hypothyroidism or vitamin deficiencies may be needed to rule out deeper issues.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"3887\" data-end=\"4118\">One final tool to empower your recovery: <strong data-start=\"3928\" data-end=\"3955\">start a fatigue journal<\/strong>. Track your sleep hours, meals, stressors, and energy dips. Not only will it help you spot patterns, but it can also be a valuable diagnostic aid for your doctor.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"4120\" data-end=\"4226\">Because when your body is tired, it\u2019s not just begging for more rest.
