My inadvisable dietary regimen is inconveniently timed with the <a href=\"https:\/\/graziamagazine.com\/us\/articles\/times-square-new-years-eve-2021\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">new year<\/a>\u2014when millions of hopeful Americans <a href=\"http:\/\/in-new-years-resolutions-templates\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">set the intention<\/a> of eating better, drinking more water, and exercising daily. I, too, was one of those people to set that goal a few drinks in on December 31, and clearly, I have work to do.<\/p>\n<p>While slurping down noodles and simultaneously clicking through Instagram Stories, I came across Gigi Hadid&#8217;s &#8220;whatever&#8217;s in the fridge&#8221; salad recipe, which impressively resembles something I&#8217;d pay $16 for at Chopt. According to the new mom&#8217;s post, she got inspiration from fellow supermodel Devon Windsor, who&#8217;s no stranger to promoting deliciously healthy recipes on her <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/user\/devonwindsor358\/videos\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">YouTube page<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>To create her salad, Hadid used arugula, seven whole grains with pine nuts, a Beyond Meat burger seasoned with Johnny&#8217;s Fine Foods Seasoning Salt, cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, Fresh Gourmet Crispy Onions, and chopped walnuts. She dressed the creation with a mixture of Brianna&#8217;s Salad Caeser, extra virgin olive oil, and balsamic vinegar, followed by a big drizzle of balsamic glaze. Hadid notes that she also likes to add salt and pepper.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-10135\" src=\"https:\/\/graziamagazine.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2021\/01\/Gigi-Hadid-Salad.png\" alt=\"Gigi Hadid's\" width=\"821\" height=\"1431\" data-gz_credit=\"Instatgram Story\/@gigihadid\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">If you&#8217;re rolling your eyes at the thought of a model sharing her salad recipe on social, let me share the moment I fell in love with Hadid. In January 2015, she told\u00a0<\/span><em><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">E!\u00a0<\/span><\/em><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">&#8220;Eat clean to stay fit, eat a burger to stay sane.&#8221; As much as the girl loves to eat healthy to maintain her model figure, she also indulges in burgers, McDonald&#8217;s, and, of course, her famous <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/graziamagazine.com\/articles\/gigi-hadid-spicy-vodka-pasta-recipe\/\"class=\"editor-rtfLink\"  target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">spicy vodka pasta<\/span><\/a><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Hadid frequently shares photos of her meals on social media. Another healthy one that caught our eye during the COVID-19 quarantine is her Sweetgreen Harvest Bowl recreation.
