Wherever he goes and whatever he does, Harry Styles manages to turn heads. It’s not just that British accent or charming smile (though both definitely help), but the way he—with help from stylist Harry Lambert—somehow surprises us sartorially with each and every red carpet appearance and performance.

For the Grammys, where he was nominated for three awards (and took home one: best solo performance for his hit single “Watermelon Sugar”), Styles used his accessories to make a statement. Around his neck, he wore not one, but two colorful feather boas.

On the red carpet, the 27-year-old wore a lavender fluffy neck scarf alongside a Gucci ensemble made up of a vest, tartan jacket, brown pants and pastel yellow heeled boots. At one point, the boa made its way around Lizzo’s neck.

Later, for a performance of “Watermelon Sugar,” Styles surprised fans by opting to ditch the colorful attire synonymous with the summer anthem and traded it in for a black leather suit, sans shirt, and one statement green feather boa, which he threw into the make-believe crowd mid-performance.

Following Styles’ two statement looks, Twitter was ablaze with people commenting on his fluffy accessories. But no observation was better than this:

Styles’ stylist Harry Lambert also popped onto Twitter to comment simply, “Hiya… boas are back.” Yes, sir, they certainly are.

A few hours later, Suki Waterhouse took to Instagram to pay tribute to Styles’ look, posting a photo of herself in her bedroom mirror with a pink fluffy scarf around her neck. “Inspo @harrystyles,” she wrote on the post.

Waterhouse then shared the same image to Twitter, writing, “Wondering what happened after Harry threw his scarf?”

BRB, off to buy many feather boas.
