Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner have put their nine bedroom LA home on the market – and it could be yours for a cool $16.7 million.
The pair, who married in 2019 and welcomed their daughter Willa in 2020, bought the home in the Royal Oaks enclave in the Encino neighborhood for $14.1 million. But the two are said to have ” “invested significant resources” into the home, which has now been compared to a “high-end boutique hotel” by Compass agent Carl Gambino.
The property has nine bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, and features a home theater, gym, spa, swimming pool and a separate two-bedroom guest house.
Sitting on almost an acre of land in the San Fernando Valley, the home features an expansive security system while interior features include a wine cellar, private balconies, custom-made chandeliers, walls of glass, oversize sliding doors, natural woods and imported stones, European cabinetry and heightened ceilings.
