Sunday night’s ‘One World: Together At Home’ virtual concert brought together the world’s biggest stars all in the name of Covid-19 relief. A night of musical prowess and touching humility, one of the highlights of the six-hour long benefit (which was streamed live from each talent’s home) was Jennifer Lopez.

Not typically a balladeer, Lopez surprised us with a powerful rendition of Barbra Streisand’s “People,” from the 1964 Broadway musical Funny Girl (which Streisand performed in). Perched at the foot of a tree illuminated with twinkling fairy lights, Lopez took her Streisand tribute even further, however – wearing a sweater with the iconic singer’s face on it.

The Streisand sweatshirt is by Coach, of which Lopez is the Global Face, and is part of a collaboration the brand did for Spring 2020 with artist Richard Bernstein, who worked alongside Andy Warhol during the cultural hedonism of the 70s and 80s. Bernstein’s portfolio is vast, but Stuart Veevers, creative director of Coach, chose to hone in on his childhood idols: Rob Lowe, Michael J. Fox and Barbra Streisand.

So if you too feel like wearing Barbra Streisand’s face, the Coach x Richard Bernstein collection is available now. Because, sometimes, people just need people like Barbra Streisand.
