At the weekend Jennifer Lopez returned to Italy. But unlike her last European tour which featured bikinis and Ben Affleck, she was spotted in Venice for the Dolce & Gabbana Alta Moda runway. The “On The Floor” artist was dressed by the house and of course looked like real-life royalty.

In a series of Instagram posts, Lopez posed in a floor-skimming cape and gold tiara hairpiece. The hero styles were accompanied by a bustier, pleated trousers, platform heels (they’re back!) and an iteration of the Dolce & Gabbana mini Devotion top-handle bag as styled by Mariel Haenn and Rob Zangardi.

Her regal up-do was the masterful work of celebrity hairstylist, Chris Appleton who was also behind Dua Lipa’s blunt bangs for the ‘Demeanor’ music video. Make up was JLo Beauty by Mary Phillips.

Lopez has had a few big fashion moments of late. Late last week she posted to social media in head-to-toe Coach and before that, took a cue from Lorde and wore head-to-toe citrus.

The singer is expected to attend the Met Gala in September (potentially with her new beau) so we can’t wait to see what she wears next.

Since her rekindled love with Ben Affleck in May it really seems the singer is living her best life. She proved to the world that she has well and truly moved on from Alex Rodriguez after unfollowing him on social media last week.

At the same time, Rodriguez spoke with Entertainment Tonight to discuss how his daughters are coping with the split.

“I had five years of an incredible life and partnership and also with my daughters, we learned so much,” the MLB player told the publication. He continued, noting that his children Natasha, 16, Ella, 12, have the “opportunity to take that and move forward and say, ‘You know what? We’re so grateful for the last five years, how do we make the next five years better because of lessons learned?’”
